GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) FOCAL POINT SYSTEM

The GAD Focal Point System has had sporadic activities to inform the staff on Gender and Development. The committee has identified the conduct of Gender Sensitivity Training as part of its gender mainstreaming in the human resource capacity development plan. For this year, the committee has already conducted five batches of GST for their stakeholders to bolster their awareness and appreciation on the principles of gender equality.

This is an important achievement in the continuing growth and success of the GAD Focal Point System. This signifies their commitment in providing the highest level of training for our employees and they intend to consistently uphold the principles of gender equality in our institution.
